My Story
I'm an Italian-American chef, born and trained in Rome. My cooking is rooted in Italian tradition, bringing authentic flavors from Rome to Seattle and creating unique dining experiences. I work with local vendors to source the freshest seasonal ingredients, ensuring quality in every dish.
I trained at 'A Tavola con lo Chef' culinary institute in Rome, then refined my skills in the kitchens of The American Academy in Rome and Ristorante Pianoalto. These experiences taught me the value of quality ingredients, respect for seasonality, and the art of presentation. Principles I carry from Rome to every service.
Today in Seattle, I bring the passion and authenticity of Roman cuisine directly to your home. Each menu is a personalized journey designed around your preferences, dietary needs, and the occasion. From consultation to final presentation, every detail tells a story. I blend tradition with creative touches to make your experience uniquely yours.

Graduated from international high school in Rome, where my passion for Italian cuisine began.

Earned my culinary diploma in Rome, training in preparation and presentation.
Ristorante Pianoalto
Worked as Commis Chef at a Roman restaurant, learning the fundamentals of professional Italian cuisine.
The American Academy in Rome
Served as Junior Chef at the prestigious American Academy, planning daily menus and perfecting my techniques.
The Private dinning project (LA)
Started my Private dining business in Los Angeles, serving private dinners and events.
Moved to Seattle
Relocated to Seattle to bring authentic Roman cuisine to the Pacific Northwest.
